In 2011, after fifteen years of scaling a successful Managed Service Provider, our founder Roupen Egulian hit a wall.
As the business grew, the manual copy and paste nightmare of syncing Autotask data to Xero became a massive bottleneck.
He did not just want a connector; he wanted his time back.
Roupen built the first version of our integration to solve his own frustration. When fellow MSP owners saw the results, word spread fast. What started as a personal tool for one business quickly evolved into a mission to support the entire global community.
